In tandem with his career in fundraising, Josh also spent 10 years as a high school and college basketball coach, including stops at Eureka College, Iowa Wesleyan University, Aurora University, and Kishwaukee College. He also has experience as a fundraising specialist for the Lions Club International Foundation, where he had the opportunity to plan and build out a $300 million-dollar capital campaign. Head Men’s Basketball Coach at Kishwaukee Community College, and Director of Development at Oswego Community School District 308.
Prior to his time at GiGi’s, he had the opportunity to serve in several leadership roles including Director of Development/Head Sophomore Basketball Coach/Head Tennis Coach at Marian Central Catholic High School, Director of Development/Assoc. Most recently, he served as Executive Director at GiGi’s Playhouse Down Syndrome Achievement Center in Hoffman Estates. Josh has been working in the non-profit space for 12+ years, with a focus on development, marketing, event planning, and coaching.
